One of the best ways for small business professionals to get clients is by referral. However, the process of building sufficient word of mouth referrals can seem daunting. Many referrals come from your existing clients and people who already know you, but that's a fairly limited number. The next step is to drum up new business referrals from people outside your current network. A better question is how to increase your network to include more people. In order to refer you business, people need to know you, like you, and most of all trust you. They want to be assured you will take good care of the clients and friends they refer to you. |

Feedback forms have long been a part of websites. But now, there are ways to create them and obtain organized feedback without any programming knowledge. Hosting with at-the-cross.net and design by Image 7 allows you to create virtually any type of form - from open-ended questions, to polls with radio buttons, to multiple choice - and then embed it on your website or blog with cut and paste code.
Then, through your admin account, you can get real-time reports on the results, as well as add or update poll questions on the fly. The service offers a free inclusion to you web site.
